ECI Academy wants you to be a part of our family.

If your child resides in any of the school districts we serve, please complete the enrollment application which is available in English and Spanish right here.

To find out if your child is eligible to attend, please click on the drop-down menu button.  All the school districts we serve are listed there.

If you find yours there, please select it then select English or Spanish.

The forms will be available for you to complete.

You will need to enter your name and email address, as this is a way of verifying this is a legitimate entry, AND the email address you enter will be the one where a copy of your completed application will be sent.

Once the form is completed, and you click the SUBMIT button, our staff will receive your application.  You will have the option to print the completed application for your records as well.
