INTENT TO RETURN/ENROLL FORM
Enrollment is on a First Come, First Serve Basis – See Schedule Below:
February 1 – 5: Intent to Return/Enroll Forms Due for Returning Students and their Enrolling Siblings respectively.
February 15: Enrollment Packets available for all Returning Students and their Enrolling Siblings.
February 26: Enrollment Packets Due for all Returning Students and their Enrolling Siblings.
March 1: Enrollment Open to the General Public.
Please indicate your intentions by completing this form and returning it to the school office by no later than February 5th. We will be able to hold a place for your currently enrolled child and their enrolling sibling (s) ONLY if this form is completed and returned by February 5th. Late forms will be considered general public with regards to enrollment.
